Who can open a Kiran Jewelry trade account?
Trade accounts are for verified jewelry retailers and brands. Kiran Jewelry sells wholesale only and is not open to the public. Every application is reviewed before access is granted.
What does a trade account include?
Confidential wholesale pricing, ordering on credit terms by invoice, memo consignment, sample requests, the ring builder, one-click reorder, and the diamond education hub.
How is wholesale pricing shown?
Pricing is confidential to each account and becomes visible only after you sign in. It reflects your assigned tier and any per-product arrangements. No other retailer can see your pricing.
What payment terms are available?
Approved accounts order by invoice on the credit terms agreed for the account, anywhere from cash on delivery to Net 90. There is no card payment on the trade side.
What is memo, or consignment?
Memo lets you take pieces on consignment by mutual agreement, with a 30-day window to return unsold pieces in their original condition. While items are with you, you purchase or return each one individually, within your account memo limit.
How long does approval take?
The Kiran team reviews each application and responds with your account terms. You will be contacted directly once your account is set up.
Are the diamonds natural and certified?
Every piece is set with a natural diamond, responsibly sourced from a De Beers Sightholder. Certification from GIA, IGI or HRD is available on request, and diamond detail is listed on each product page.
Do you supply retailers in the United States?
Yes. Kiran Jewelry supplies approved US jewelry retailers. Shipping, lead times and any account specifics are confirmed with your account manager when your account is set up.
