Trade FAQ
Questions, answered
How trade access, pricing, ordering, memo and samples work at Kiran Jewelry.
Who can buy from Kiran Jewelry?
Kiran Jewelry sells to approved wholesale and retail trade partners only. It is not open to the public, and prices are never shown without an approved account. New retailers apply through Request Trade Access, and our team reviews every application before granting access.
Why are no prices shown on the public site?
Wholesale pricing is confidential to each account. Your pricing reflects your assigned tier and any per-product arrangements set for you, and it becomes visible only after you sign in. No other retailer can see your pricing, and you cannot see theirs.
How does ordering on credit terms work?
Approved accounts order by invoice on the credit terms agreed for the account, anywhere from cash on delivery to Net 90. There is no card payment on the trade side. At checkout you select the payment method, add a purchase order reference and any notes, and the order is sent to Kiran for fulfilment.
What is memo consignment?
Memo lets you take pieces on consignment by mutual agreement, with a 30-day window to return anything unsold in its original condition. You request items, Kiran reviews and approves, and the goods ship to you. While items are with you, you purchase or return each one individually. Memo is governed by your account memo limit and the memo terms.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Samples are available for display, evaluation or photography. Pieces for customer viewing are held for 15 days; samples taken toward a future order are arranged by agreement. You submit a request with the purpose, Kiran reviews and approves or declines, and approved samples ship with tracking. Samples are separate from memo and are not placed against your memo limit.
Are the diamonds natural, certified and ethically sourced?
Every piece uses natural diamonds from Kiran, a De Beers Sightholder and RJC-certified member. All rough is sourced through ethical, responsible channels and screened for synthetics on De Beers and HRD detection equipment. Diamond detail such as clarity, colour and setting is listed on each product page, and certification from IGI, GIA or HRD is available on request.
Why do diamond certificate numbers show only the last three digits?
For security. Masking the certificate number protects the exact stone from being shopped around while your selection or order is in progress. The full certificate accompanies the stone on delivery, and Kiran holds the complete number against your order at all times.
Can I configure a made-to-order piece?
Yes. The Customize page lets you configure engagement, eternity and fashion pieces by setting, stone, metal and finishing, using certified stones from live inventory or non-certified goods described by weight, colour and clarity. Kiran prepares a CAD design and your account manager follows up within 24 business hours with a quote. Guaranteed 3-week delivery upon CAD approval.
How quickly can I reorder a past order?
Open any past order and choose reorder. The exact specifications, including style, carat and metal, are loaded into a fresh cart so you can review and submit again in a single step.
Do you ship internationally?
Kiran serves approved trade partners across multiple markets. Shipping arrangements, lead times and any duties are confirmed with your account manager when your account is set up.
