Order, memo and sample, on your terms

Three ways approved retailers work with Kiran: credit-term ordering, memo consignment, and sample requests.

Ordering on credit terms

Approved accounts order by invoice on the credit terms agreed for the account, anywhere from cash on delivery to Net 90. There is no card payment on the trade side. At checkout you choose the payment method, add a purchase order reference and any notes, and the order is sent to Kiran for fulfilment, with confirmation by email.

Order history is kept in full, and one-click reorder reloads the exact specifications of any past order into a fresh cart so repeat buying takes a single step.

Memo consignment

Memo lets you hold pieces on consignment so you can place them with clients before you buy. You request items from the catalogue, Kiran reviews and approves, and the goods ship to you by mutual agreement, with a 30-day window to return anything unsold in its original condition.

  • While items are with you, you purchase or return each one individually.
  • Reminders are sent before the due date, and anything unresolved past it is flagged.
  • Each request is checked against your account memo limit, so the value held on memo stays within your agreed allowance.

Sample requests

Samples are for display, evaluation or photography. Pieces for customer viewing are held for 15 days; samples taken toward a future order are arranged by agreement. You submit a request with the purpose, Kiran reviews and approves or declines, and approved samples ship with tracking. Samples are separate from memo and are not placed against your memo limit.

Every programme is governed by your account terms. Questions about credit, memo limits or sample policy go to your Kiran account manager or the Trade FAQ. Request trade access to use the programs, or sign in if you already have an account.
